If your account is set up to auto bill to a credit card, there may be certain reasons that you would need to change / update the credit card information. Maybe your current card has expired, your card has been reissued, or you have changed banks.
For security reasons, SnowTech Media does not directly interact with your credit information. Instead, SnowTech Media employs a fully certified PCI compliant transaction service. Should you card not authorize during a transaction, the system will contact you and give you the proper secure way to update your information.
To update your credit card information before getting a declining transaction, contact us and we can trigger an update request from the system.
Note: No SnowTech Media employee will ask you for your credit card information. If anyone representing themselves as a SnowTech Media employee asks you for this data, do not provide it, and contact the authorities or your credit card issuer immediately.
